How do I log in for the first time?
Use the credentials provided by your HR department. If you haven't received them, please contact your company's HR administrator.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password directly from the login screen or contact your HR administrator to have your account reset.
Why can't I check-in via GPS?
Ensure that you have granted location permissions to the Tracking HR app in your phone settings. You must also be within the geofenced area defined by your employer.
Is my location always tracked?
No. Location data is only captured when you perform specific actions like checking in or checking out, and only for the purpose of workplace verification.
