You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose: managing attendance, leave, and overtime requests. Any attempt to provide fraudulent data (e.g., spoofing GPS location) is a violation of these terms and may lead to disciplinary action by your employer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your HR department immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all your requests and check-in activities. Your employer relies on this data for payroll and compliance.

5. Location Services

By using the attendance features, you consent to the collection of your location data for the purpose of workplace verification. This data is only processed during active work-related events.

6. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the application owner and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We or your employer may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the application.
